Bala Arishtam is a liquid Ayurvedic product used to remedy diseases that stem from a Vata Dosha imbalance such as physical weakness and neuromuscular disorders. This arishtam tones and strengthens nerves, muscles and bones. It nourishes the body overall, increases physical strength and heals disturbed and weak digestion. It balances all three of the Doshas, especially Vata Dosha.
Bala (Sida rhombifolia) – root / whole plant – 4.8 kg
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – root – 4.8 kg
water for decoction – 49.152 luters, boiled and reduced to 12.288 liters.

10 – 20 ml. once or twice a day after food. It can be taken along with an equal quantity of water.
Common Product Combinations
Ashwagandha Arishtam is used along with Bala Arishtam to relieve muscular spams, paralysis and tremors.
Bala Taila Soft Gel Capsules are taken along with Balarisht to heal paralysis and neurological disorders.
Panchakola Churnam is administered with Balarishtam to strengthen digestion.
Duration of Use
It can be used for a long period of time on a daily basis. Discuss with
an experienced practitioner.
A high dose may cause gastric irritation. Avoid taking this arishtam before food.
