Other names: Abhayarishta or Abhayarishtam
Abhaya Arishtam is a potent liquid Ayurvedic remedy that balances both Vata and Kapha Dosha in the intestines. It is commonly used to support the healing of hemorrhoids (ouch!) and relieve bloating and constipation. If there is difficulty urinating normally, this arishtam is also used to support a health bladder.
Abhaya refers to Haritaki (fruit rind), which is a main ingredient in this product.
