Kottakkal’s workshops are designed to provide Ayurvedic wellness for many types of common health challenges. This workshop will teach you specific foods, lifestyle habits, and herbs that naturally support your health and wellness.
Workshops are online and presented in small groups of 12 people with an interactive slide presentation. There are four online quizzes to help you discover your prakriti dosha (personal balanced constitution) and vikriti (imbalanced dosha). You will receive a 35-page workshop guide that includes one-week cleansing menu, recipes for cleansing meals and juices, yoga stretches, breathing exercises and herbal remedies.
