Ashta Churnam is an Ayurvedic herbal powder that supports the healing of indigestion, loss of appetite and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). It is also used to balance Vata Dosha and heal Vata related diseases like bloating. It balances Vata and Kapha Dosha.

Ashta Churnam is used along with Acidac Tablets to support the treatment of gastritis and hyperacidity.
Rhukot Tablets and Yogaraj Guggulu is combined with Ashta in the case of rheumatoid arthritis.

It can be used for a long period of time on a daily basis. Discuss with an experienced practitioner.
There are no known side effects associated with this medicine. Over-dosage may cause stomach discomfort and diarrhea.
