How to Use

Anu Oil (10 ml) balances all three doshas and is the primary oil used daily for nasya (nasal oil drops) as it supports and nourishes the nose and sinuses.

Other names: Anu Tailam, Anu Taila

Please note when first receiving this product you will need to warm the product to slightly above body temperature (between 98 – 105 degrees) to melt the oil and remix the herbs that have settled to the bottom during storage. We do not recommend heating above 105 degrees.
